LBGTQIA+ people face unique challenges in the workplace that can hinder their ability to bring their authentic selves to work—from struggling to have your partner recognized on your insurance plan to being seen and addressed with your correct pronouns by colleagues.

This month, we’re partnering with international pop artist, MIKA, to use music as a way to share your identity and tell your story. We hope that together, we might create Soundtracks of Empathy to foster belonging, unity and understanding as we face unique hardships in our daily lives based on our individual background and intersectional identities.
